Atlanta Campus Virtual Group Visit Request Form

Are you a high school counselor, teacher or community group leader and interested in scheduling a Virtual Group Visit?
Undergraduate Admissions offers Virtual Group Visits for groups of 10 - 50 guests. Virtual group visits are intended for high school students and college bound groups (10th – 12th grade from a high school or associated with a college bound program based at a college or university). Please read the following information regarding our virtual group visit policy. After completing the form, you will be contacted by our Campus Visit Coordinator to select a date and time.

We offer four different session types for our Virtual Group Visits:

Admissions Information Session: 30-45-minute information session about Georgia State, student life, and the admissions process.
Admissions Application Workshop: 30-45-minute information session on tips and tricks for completing your Common Application.
Virtual Guided Tour: 45-minute virtual guided tour of our Atlanta campus led by two GSU student ambassadors who will share their experience and knowledge on campus resources, opportunities, and more.
Student Experience Panel: 30-45-minute student panel with two GSU student ambassadors sharing their experience at GSU. The moderator will ask the students questions relating to college life, academics, resources at GSU, etc. We will also take questions from the audience.

A few important notes regarding virtual group visits:

Due to the high volume of requests, priority will be given to high school students and college bound groups.
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all virtual group visit requests.
Virtual group visits must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance of the desired date, or your group cannot be accommodated.
Virtual group visits are NOT available during the evenings or on weekends.
At least one chaperone is required to be logged on during the entire virtual visit.
