Thank you for your interest in attending an Honors College Information Session at Georgia State University! The information session will include a presentation about the value of an honors education and how the Honors College admissions process works. Current honors students also will be on hand to share their honors experiences.
For prospective first-year students: the Honors College admits students based on a combination of GPA (weighted, core high school classes) and SAT/ACT scores. Students who submit a completed application to Georgia State University are automatically considered for admission to the Honors College. Our 2018 enrolled first-year class entered with an average 3.93 GPA, 1430 SAT (Critical Reading + Math sections), and/or 31 ACT.
